The standard conference package is per person and includes hotel accommodation with bed and breakfast based on a shared twin only. The length of stay is 4 or 7 nights as part of the package. It does not include flights or airport transfers.

Rhubarb Events can arrange single rooms (with supplement cost), room upgrades, extra nights and flight reservations at an extra cost. These additional requests are subject to availability and the payment for the management and booking of such requests is made directly to Rhubarb Events for any difference in price from the standard conference package. For your protection, you are required to be adequately insured and it is essential you provide details of your policy. Only accredited insurance brokers are allowed to sell travel insurance. Please contact your insurance company or broker for further details.
Should it be necessary for you to cancel a confirmed booking, the following cancellation charges will apply.
